REPUTATION MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT

This service is available for:

  • Employment agencies/recruiters
  • Scouts and athlete recruiters
  • Individuals

Reputation Management Assessment Reports (RMA) provide employment agencies the ability to verify the accuracy of the information provided by candidate(s), assess the quality of a candidate(s) resume or portfolio and uncover additional information about potential candidates/employees that could potentially damage the reputation of the agency or business if hired.

RMA Reports can be extremely valuable when making decisions for the recruitment of an athlete. RMA allows recruiters to have up-to-date information on potential athletes in whom they are interested in recruiting. An RMA can provide in-depth information on an individual’s online presence to assess their reputation and character. This can help determine if the individual could have a positive or negative impact on a potential team.

Inappropriate Content such as posting images, videos and comments that are considered inappropriate or offensive can damage an athlete’s reputation and may cause teams to pass on scouting athletes. Overall, it is important for athletes to maintain professional and positive digital footprint. This includes avoiding posting inappropriate content and being mindful of what is shared on social media.

Privacy is an important topic these days.  With so much information about us online, it’s often hard to know exactly what is out there and how to take control of it.  We can help!  We provide you a Reputation Management Assessment (RMA) Report and/or Business Reputation Management Assessment Report (BRMA) that allows you to see exactly how much information about yourself or your business is online.

Our assessments are strictly confidential and are only shared with you—never shared or sold to third parties. They’ll also help you understand how much of an impact this information can have on your life.
